Welcome to OnPhiya. The Terms and Conditions document (Terms of Service) explains all the legal rules and regulations created by our company OnPhiya in order to provide the best products and services to our users. This contract governs your access and use of the services and any kind of material posted on our website. We suggest you to take some time to review the agreement.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

The following GTC (General Terms and Conditions) will be applied to all the services and goods offered by the OnPhiya. By visiting, our website (hereinafter referred to as “web portal” or “website”, and using the products and services, the user accepts the terms. Please read all the terms, clauses and regulations listed in this document before signing up on the website, contacting us, or using our website in general. As a user, you agree that you follow these terms and conditions completely. In the event you refuse to follow these terms, we suggest you to close this webpage right away.

Warrant of Authority: By accessing our website, or creating an account, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capability to entering into binding contracts. In case you are less than 18, please close our website immediately.

Mandatory Repair Notices

We suggest the users to please note the following repair notices listed by Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

  1. The good that are presented for the repair purposes may be replaced by refurbished goods that are of the similar types instead of repairing the actual item. Refurbished parts may also be used in order to repair the goods.
  2. Repairing of the items might result in loss of data.

Charges and Payments

  • All the payment for the repair services must be paid in advance. We accept cash or credit card payments and a small fee may be deducted (Merchant Service Fee).
  • The charges are based on half-hour services; the user agrees that any part thereof will be chargeable at the same rate as a full half hour.
  • In case we provide separate goods, there will be additional charges.
  • The prices of our services may vary depending on the goods.
  • We may apply surcharges on same-day or outside business hour visits.
  • If a block of prepaid hours is purchased, it is not possible to cancel it.
  • The user agrees to pay for the services regardless of whether he / she utilize those services.
  • All the prices will be discussed before we start working on your device. The payment must be completed in advance.
  • The user agrees not to use any fake credit card to complete the transaction. In case we suspect any fake transaction, your access will be suspended immediately.
  • We use a third-party payment gateway to handle transactions and your credit card details are not stored in any form.

  • It is your responsibility when making and order to verify that the IMEI/MEID/Serial number and/or Network of your phone is correctly provided to us. Refunds are not available if you have paid and discovered afterwards that your IMEI/MEID/Serial number and/or network is not correct. Always double check all info before you place an order.
  • In case that you are sure you have submitted the correct IMEI/MEID/Serial number and/or Network, we will ask you to send us a picture or video of the IMEI/MEID/Serial and Network which shows your phone is currently locked to as proof.


We will deliver the item(s) you ordered to the email or phone # that you provide to us

We DO NOT guarantee that your order will be delivered within a exact time frame or between certain hours of the day. We will do our best to ensure that orders placed with us will be delivered within a reasonable time frame as advertised. Time sensitive orders which are placed outside the hours listed will be processed within the next business day.


We can only guarantee that you phone is permanently unlocked, if the following criteria is met:

  • The IMEI/MEID/Serial information you provided to us when you ordered is 100% correct.
  • The Network Carrier information you provided to us when you ordered is 100% correct.
  • The instructions we provided to you have been followed EXACTLY.
  • Your phone is not reported as blacklisted/lost/stolen.
  • Your phone is not hard-locked or has zero attempts left.
  • The software of your phone has never been altered, changed, modified, or tampered with.
  • The phone has never undergone unsuccessful unlock attempts in the past.
  • The phone does not have any internal/external mechanical defects which would prevent it to function properly.


  • We are not responsible for any damages caused to your phone by you while trying to unlock it.
  • The unlocking procedures will be at your own risk following the delivery of our service.
  • Delivery of item(s) shall not be processed until you have made full payment for the service we provide.
  • Major Force Situation: onPhiya shall not be liable for any delivery default due to any circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riots, strikes, lock-outs, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or any occurrence of such nature.
  • In addition, onPhiya shall not be liable for any server technical difficulties, failures, power outages, maintenances, or any related server issues. We will always notify you in advance of any server issues we may encounter.


The price for each solution is the price listed on your invoice, and the payment of service has to be made in FULL before the service is provided to you. Payment shall be in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check/Money Order Made payable to onPhiya, PayPal, any Credit Cards such as American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, or Visa. No other payment methods are accepted unless approved by us in advance. Please contact us with your payment details.
